POWER BI REPORTING & CUSTOM INTERNAL TOOLS

Find the signal. Skip the noise.

We pull your POS, accounting and payroll into one Power BI report, so the number that matters is the first thing you see.

01 / THE PROBLEM & THE FIX

Missing context
becomes a decision.

A supplier delay buried in chat cannot appear in a useful report. Capture the exception, give it an owner and see the cost exposure.

02 / CONNECT THE DOTS

Make sense of what you have.
Capture what you don’t.

Two ways to get to a dependable answer: connect existing sources, or give your team an easy way to record what is missing.

One view of
the whole picture.

We turn scattered exports and systems into Power BI reports built around the decisions you actually make.

  • Reconcile sources and agree on definitions
  • See the drivers behind each result
  • Give leaders a consistent view

Make the missing
data easy to capture.

When the answer isn’t in your systems yet, we build a small internal tool that fits the team’s daily workflow.

  • Record operational updates at the source
  • Route each update to a clear owner
  • Feed checked inputs into reporting
03 / START WITH A QUESTION

What would you
like to see clearly?

Different departments. The same starting point: a decision, the data behind it and a person who can act.

Accounting + POS + payroll

Which locations are really making money?

A consistent P&L by location, with agreed revenue and cost definitions. Drill into the drivers behind a margin change.

When a piece is missing

Allocation rules or location codes missing? A small review tool can capture the mapping once.

06 / NO TWO BUSINESSES ARE THE SAME

Your world.
Our starting point.

A practical conversation comes before a technical solution.

01

Diagnose

A conversation and a sample export reveal what is already captured, what is missing and which decision to improve first.

02

Agree the model

We define the metrics, sources and ownership together. You know what each number means before the build begins.

03

Build & validate

Review a working report or tool. We reconcile the numbers against agreed sources and test the workflow with your team.

04

Run & improve

Use the reports and tools in your workspace. We agree refresh monitoring, written updates and future changes as part of your support scope.

Who you’ll work withUros Sumic, founder of SumiCo DataUros SumicFounder · Belgrade, Serbia

Built around the question.
Built by the person you meet.

I scope the work and build it with you. That keeps the business question connected to the report you eventually use.

My background is in FP&A and controlling, from restaurant groups to international insurance. I saw how often POS, payroll and accounting told different parts of the same story.

I pair that financial perspective with computer science from RAF Belgrade to build Power BI reports and internal tools. SumiCo Data works with teams in Serbia and the United States.

A few things worth knowing.

Do you replace our accountant?

No. Your accountant and business systems remain the source for financial records. We organize that data for management decisions and build tools only where the operational information is missing.

What happens after the build?

Your workspace keeps reports, tools, documents and open decisions together. Refresh monitoring, written analysis and future changes are agreed as part of the support scope.

What do we need for the first conversation?

Bring one business question, the systems you use and an example of the report or manual process you have today. We agree how to share any sample data securely before you send it.

What if we don’t have the data yet?

We can build a tool that helps your team record the missing information as part of their everyday work. We first agree what to capture and who is responsible.

Do you only work with construction companies?

No. We build Power BI reports and internal tools for different industries. The starting point is your process and the decisions you need to make.

Can we start with just a report or a tool?

Yes. We scope the work around your current need. Reporting and internal tools can work together, but you do not need both to start.

Big question?
Let’s talk it through.

Tell us about your business. We’ll start there.
